Reliabuild, LLC is a custom home building and residential construction company based in the Shoals area, founded on experience, craftsmanship, and integrity. The company is owned and operated by Brandon Kennedy and Brandon Speth, with a leadership team rooted deeply in the local community and committed to building homes that last.
Brandon Kennedy is a licensed Alabama home builder and has been actively building since 2021. He earned a degree in Drafting and Design in 2004 and spent 13 years working in engineering and design in Florence. With a lifelong passion for residential design, Brandon brings both technical expertise and creativity to every project, ensuring each home is thoughtfully designed, functional, and built with precision.
Brandon Speth is known for his exceptional work ethic and hands-on leadership. His attention to detail, reliability, and dedication to doing things the right way set the standard on every Reliabuild job site. Brandon plays a key role in daily operations and construction execution, making sure projects stay on track and meet the company’s high standards.
Tyler Richardson is an integral part of the Reliabuild team and serves as a Project Manager. Tyler recently retired from the National Guard after 21 years of service, bringing discipline, leadership, and organizational strength to every project. His experience managing people, timelines, and logistics translates seamlessly into residential construction and job-site coordination.
Brandon Kennedy, Brandon Speth, and Tyler Richardson are all lifelong residents of the Shoals area, giving them a deep understanding of the local market, building practices, and community expectations.
Together, the team has flipped over 70 properties in the past six years and has designed and built numerous custom homes and spec homes throughout the Shoals area. Their combined experience in renovation, new construction, design, and project management gives clients confidence that every phase of the build is handled with professionalism, transparency, and care.
